Who We Are
We are a modern, patient-centered healthcare practice founded by an independently practicing Nurse Practitioner based in Northern Virginia. Built from the ground up with a clear vision, our goal is to redefine how care is delivered.
With hands-on experience managing 35–40 patients per month in a state-level healthcare setting, our founder has developed deep clinical expertise across wound care, chronic condition management, dermatological concerns, and home-based primary care.
Through this experience, one thing became clear: patients value consistency, responsiveness, and personalized attention - yet often struggle to find it in traditional care models. WheelHouse Health was created to provide a more thoughtful and accessible approach.
Our Model of Care
We operate as a lean, independently owned Nurse Practitioner practice, designed to balance convenience with clinical quality:
- 70% Telehealth for accessibility, follow-ups, and ongoing care
- 30% In-Person Visits to maintain hands-on, high-touch clinical care
Rather than relying on a traditional clinic, we bring care directly to patients in their private homes, and Assisted Living (AL) or Independent Living (IL) communities.
Scope of Services
Our practice focuses on delivering comprehensive, ongoing care in areas that require consistency and attention to detail. We provide full clinical support including medication prescribing, lab ordering, and minor procedures.
